Tumbleweed and Chafee In-Service Training (Advocates Only)

Join us for a conversation with Tony Sandoval, Tumbleweed’s Chafee Program Manager, who will share insight into the resources and supports available for older youth in care. We will discuss the most common struggles youth experience as they transition to adulthood, what effective advocacy looks like for teens and young adults, and how advocates can help youth build the skills, connections, and confidence they need for a successful future.
This session will help advocates understand better how to support older youth ensuring their voices are heard as they plan for life after foster care.
