Jamie will introduce participants to C.A.R.E.S.\, a model emphasizing connection\, advocacy\, resources\, education\, and support for families as well as Wendy’s Wonderful Kids\, an evidence-based program focused on achieving permanency for children in foster care who are hardest to place.
