Board Director Lynne Roccisano, is an incredibly dedicated individual, balancing her roles as a mother, wife, business owner, and community advocate with passion and grace. As a mother of three daughters and a loving wife, she balances her personal life with owning a small rental company and a love for outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, and skiing, which reflects her active lifestyle and zest for life.

Her journey to becoming a board member at CASA began with advocacy, driven by a belief that supporting youth is crucial for community strength and vitality. Lynne was a CASA for 4 years, serving 5 children on three different cases. Lynne firmly believes in the responsibility of each individual to contribute to their community, a principle that led her to choose CASA because of its impactful mission.

According to Lynne,” We are all dealt a hand of cards when we are born; some are better than others, but learning how to play your hand is more powerful than what you were dealt. My job as a CASA was simply to help my kids play their hand better.”  Lynne’s philosophy, encapsulated in her quote, speaks volumes about her resilience and determination. As a previous CASA advocate, she viewed her role as empowering children to navigate life’s challenges more effectively, ensuring they had the support and resources needed to survive.

Lynne Roccisano’s dedication to CASA and her community is a testament to her compassion and leadership. Her efforts enrich the lives of countless children, embodying the spirit of service and making a lasting impact. Thank you, Lynne, for your unwavering commitment to serving CASA and making a difference in the lives of others.
